The Rainy Day

A rainy day is when it rains continues throughout the day. During the rainy season, it is a common occurrence in Bangladesh. The sky is overcast with thick black clouds on days like this, and the sun stays hidden behind them. It has been raining nonstop all day. Water frequently accumulates on the roads, causing them to become muddy and slippery. Anyone venturing out on such a rainy day risks slipping and falling on the muddy road. Passers-by are frequently seen walking with umbrellas over their heads, shoes in hand, and clothing folded up. It is a day of unimaginable suffering to the workers and day laborers. They can't go out for work due to excessive rain. As a result, they frequently go hungry. On such a rainy day, students also suffer greatly. They are unable to attend their designated institution. Some of them get wet in rainwater on their way to school or college. Being confined in one's home makes people feel gloomy and dull. Children are also unable to play in the field because it is submerged. On a rainy day, the cattle suffer as they remain in their sheds without food. A rainy day is not a pleasant day for everyone. The socio-economical class barrier of citizens can be seen vividly on such a day. That is why the experience of a rainy day may vary.
